I recently had the pleasure of staying @ Majestic and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service from the hotel staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always attentive to my needs and were quick to respond to any requests I had. Their friendly and accommodating attitude truly made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and courteous, but they were also very knowledgeable about the area and were able to provide me with great recommendations for things to do and see during my stay. Their enthusiasm and passion for their jobs really shone through and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, my experience was truly outstanding and the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff was a major factor in making my stay so memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be returning in the future. Special mention to following ppl Arsalan & waheed from house keeping, Krishna & Arabic lady @ reception (forgot to see her name) Irfan and team of bell boys

Check-in procedures was so fast and easy, staff are very helpful , housekeeping so kind and smiling all the time, the room was clean , and they give us upgrade to next category which the view was awesome! Special thanks to the Moroccan lady Ms. Sara for hospitality and service shes very kind and professional , Great job the world needs more people like you in it.

Majestic City Retreat hotel is a clean and modern hotel. Is my second time at this hotel and for sure on the future I will choose him if I will be back in vacation in Dubai. The staff upgrade my room with one with a superb view to Burj Khalifa area from the balcony. Daily my room was cleaned and updated with the consumables for bathroom but also water, instant coffee, sugar. The breakfast was tasty, oriental, but not a problem for me. The location is on a safe area close to the dubai metro which is perfect.

Good location with 24/07 convenient store, pharmacy next door. Best part was the parking. it was smooth to park and get inside the building. i had the same spot during my entire stay of 6 days.
